China ready to invest in coal power generation

KABUL (Agencies): China wants to invest in the production of 500 megawatts of electricity from coal in Afghanistan.
The Executive Director of Da Afghan Breshna Sherkat, Mullah Muhammad Hanif Hamzah, met with the representative of the Chamber of Commerce of China, according to DABS statement.
The representative of the Chinese chambers of commerce told tDa Afghan Breshna Sherkat senior official that they want to invest in the production of 500 megawatts of electricity from coal in Afghanistan.
They are ready to install their production and technical equipment for this objective in any province Afghanistan wants, according to DABS.
For his part, Hamza thanked the representative of the Chinese chambers of commerce and said that a joint technical delegation of Da Afghan Breshana Sherkat and China will discuss and exchange opinions on all issues through joint meetings to reach this goal.
He assured all kinds of cooperation in providing any facility for investment in the electricity production sector in Afghanistan.
