Circuit Court dismiss Motion by CEO of Commission Junction

Arlington, Virginia: The Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in Arlinton Virginia dismissed Motion filed by the CEO of Commission Junction, Mayuresh Kashetramade.

Case Number CL22002659-00 was filed by Muhammad Jalil Afridi, CEO of The Frontier Post LLC in Virginia against CEO of Commission Junction which is a subsidiary of Publicis Groupe. In his claim Afridi stated that Commission Junction owes him thousand of dollars and Mayuresh Kashetramade being CEO of the company is responsible to clear these dues to be cleared.

In his Motion, Mayuresh Kashetramadem requested the court to quash the case because of lack of Personal Jurisdiction. Attorney for Mayuresh Kashetramade took a plea that Mayuresh Kashetramade lives in New York where as notices were served to him through his company head quarters in Santa Barbara. The Motion further stated that because Muhammad Jalil Afridi had signed the Publisher Service Agreement with Commission Junction which states that in case of a dispute, publisher can only file a case in the state of Texas. 

The judge asked Mayuresh Kashetramade Attorney if online sales happen all over America and internationally through the platform of Commission Junction, to which the attorney replied in affirmative. 

After listening to the arguments of the attorney by Mayuresh, the Judge dismissed the Motion saying that these grounds are not sufficient to stop somebody from claiming their dues. 

While speaking to this correspondent, Jalil Afridi stated that Commission Junction is doing complete fraud with the publishers by not paying them their online commission they have earned through Affiliate Marketing. Mr Afridi further stated that Commission Junction is cheating the publishers by making lame excuses and delaying tactics. Mr Afridi also requested Publicis Groupe to take notice of Commission Junction and it’s CEO Mayuresh Kashetramade who is giving bad name to the company in America and internationally.
