CJ inspects precautionary arrangements at PHC

PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court, Chief Justice, Justice Waqar Ahmed Seth on Monday personally inspected the precautionary arrangements carried out at Peshawar High Court Peshawar Principal Seat at Peshawar.

He expressed satisfaction over the arrangements and said that these steps would ensure to curtail the outbreak of coronavirus.

A meticulous precautionary regime has been set in place in the premises of Peshawar High Court. That includes disinfectants sprayed through mist fans on all visitors, staff and officers. At numerous locations facilities to wash hands with soap and sanitizers is provided. Their temperature is gauged through thermal guns and persons showing symptoms of flu, cough, fever and the like are shifted to the Basic Health Unit situated within the High Court Premises.

The Doctors of the Basic Health Unit further examine the suspects and take necessary action as per protocol prescribed for (Covid-19) patients. Masks and gloves were provided to all the visitors free of cost. Seating arrangements in the lawn was carried out while keeping stock of the guidelines of the social distancing.

Through central sound system the visitors, staff and officers are preached to follow the precautionary protocols of maintaining social distancing and the like. Central Control Room was keeping a keen eye on observance of those guidelines. The cited instructions and standard procedure were being followed by the Benches and District Judiciary.
