LAHORE: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP), Mian Saqib Nisar advised all the government institutions to work as per their roles and responsibilities of the constitution.
CJP Saqib Nisar said this while addressing to the new judicial year’s full court reference on Monday.CJP Saqib said that the judges need to be should be free from all the political or other pressures to deliver best decisions in the better interest of the masses and according to the constitution.
CJP added that bar and bench needs to one page for the supremacy of the law and avoid any confrontation between them as it will weaken the justice system.
