CM Naqvi inquires after woman who injuredat free flour centre

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Tuesday visited an elderly woman Sughran Bibi, who got injured in mayhem while trying to get flour at free flour point in Sahiwal, and inquired about her health.

The CM also met the injured woman’s son and assured him the best medical treatment of his mother. He assured the boy that Punjab Health Minister Dr Javed Akram, Secretary Health and hospital administration are personally monitoring the treatment of his mother.

Additionally, CM Naqvi gave Sughran Bibi’s doctors the necessary instructions regarding her treatment and directed them to keep him informed of the patient’s progress every day.

“We pray for the speedy recovery of Sughran Bibi,” he added. Sughran Bibi will soon recover and rejoin her loved ones, he said, expressing his satisfaction over the medical treatment being meted out to the woman at Mayo Hospital.
