RAWALPINDI (Online): Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa presided over a meeting of corps commanders on Tuesday to discuss matters relating to security and defense.
According to details, country’s law and order situation and border issues discussed at the meeting held at the General Headquarters Rawalpindi. Senior officials of the armed forces were present at the meeting where the COAS informed them about his recent visit to Afghanistan and his meetings with the officials there.
It was worth mentioned here that General Bajwa went on a day-long visit to Kabul on Sunday where he met with the Afghan president and senior military officials to discuss regional security and border management.
