Congo virus takes another life in Karachi
KARACHI: A 25-year-old Haider, a patient of Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (Congo fever) died in Karachi on Monday.
According to details, Haider Ali was diagnosed with Congo virus after which, he was admitted to Jinnah Hospital where he lost his life today.
Congo fever is a tick-borne viral disease which is mainly transferred to humans from pets. Its symptoms include fever, flu, bloody urine, vomiting and nose bleeding.
