Coronavirus fear: PIA bans Umrah pilgrims’ travel till March 15

KARACHI: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) on Thursday has also issued a new notification for Umrah pilgrims after Saudi government imposed a temporary ban on pilgrims to avoid spreading coronavirus.

PIA has also imposed a ban on its Umrah pilgrims travelers till March 15. The tourist-visa holders will also be denied to travel to Saudi Arabia on PIA flights.

On the other hand, Iqama holders and permanent visa holders would be allowed to go to Saudi Arabia while the business visa holders would be allowed to travel to Damam and Riyadh.
