ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Banking Court on Thursday granted interim bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Senator Saifullah Khan Niazi till November 23.
According to reports, the PTI leader was ordered by the Islamabad Banking Court to submit a surety bond of one lac rupees.
Islamabad Banking Court Judge Rukhshanda Shaheen heard the ‘Prohibited Funding Case and also ordered PTI’s Senator Saifullah to be a part of the investigation procedure of the case filed under the Foreign Exchange Act.
