ISLAMABAD: An accountability court in Islamabad Tuesday sent six references of rental power against Raja Pervaiz Ashraf and others back to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
The court sent the six references back to the NAB after seven years. “After amendments to the NAB law, trial of the rental power references cannot be carried out,” it stated.
Accountability Court Judge Syed Asghar Ali ordered to send the references back to the NAB.
The rental power references that had been ordered to send back include Reshma, Gulf, Samundari, Ratu Dero and Satyana.
