Crackdown start against unregistered medical centers

PESHAWAR: District administration and Health Care Commission (HCC) sealed various medical centres for hiring unqualified staff and working sans registration with the later.

On the directives of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Peshawar, Islamzeb, the Additional Assistant Commissioner (AAC), Islahuddin along with Inspector Mirza Shafqat conducted joint raids in different medical centres in the Mathra areas of the Warsak Road.

During the joint raids they also checked the registration and academic qualifications of the medical centres and most of them were sealed for operating without registration and hiring unqualified staff.

Meanwhile, the Deputy Commissioner said that crackdown against unregistered medical centres will continue and no one will be allowed to put the lives of the people at risk.
