CTD fails to produce minors

PESHAWAR: The two member bench comprising of chief Justice Peshawar High Court Justice Qaiser Rashid and Justice Lal Jan Khattak directed competent authorities to block Computerize National Identity Card of Charsadda police personnel who had illegally captive two minor children and separated from their mother.

The counsel for petitioner Mehwish Mohib Advocate informed PHC that the one minor is age of six month while other is 2 year of age.

On the previous hearing PHC had directed Counter Terrorism Department Mardan region to produce the captive minors.


But honorable PHC was informed that the alleged culprit is well as a police personnel neither traced nor appearing before the court.
The two member of PHC directed National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) to block Computerize National Identity Card of the police personnel.
