Data Darbar blast is a proof of government’s inability: Rana Sanaullah

F.P. Report

LAHORE: Former Punjab law minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Punjab president Rana Sanaullah on Wednesday said that Lahore is a safe city and a terrorism incident in the city is government’s failure.

Talking exclusively to private channel, he said that today’s incident is a proof of government’s failure, inability and it seems uninterested in the lives of the masses.

Sanaullah said that the government has changed three IGPs in three months which led to demoralize the force.

The law-enforcement agencies should have conducted raids in areas alongside Data Darbar but the terrorist incident took place due to lack of government’s interest which is regrettable.

The PML-N Punjab president went on to say that no one can rule out the importance of Safe City Project initiated by former Punjab CM Shehbaz Sharif, adding that the project leads to decrease on terrorist incidents.
