DC seeks public support for completion of uplift plans

BANNU: Deputy Commissioner, Muhammad Ali Aghar has said that people support and assistance are very important for the completion of ongoing development schemes in the district.

DC said this while addressing to the gathering at Masjid tanchi bazaar Bannu city on Wednesday. DC said that the cooperation of general public for timely completion of developmental schemes will change the socio-economic status of the District Bannu.

DC added that all these activities are possible only for the cooperation of public in general and Ulama in particular. He reminded that luckily about 99% Ulama supported the district administration in encroachment drive launched in the district some time back.

Later on, Qari Abdullah District Amir assures of their full cooperation and stated that those masajid which have grabbed govt land should remove the encroachment as the Islamic laws do not permit prayers in the encroached “Mahrab”.

During speech Qari Abdullah paid rich tribute to Deputy Commissioner Bannu Muhamma Ali Asghar for removing encroachment transparently and without any discrimination. He appealed to the people extend the support to District Administration Bannu.
