MARDAN: Police officials claimed to have found a dead-body of a young man laying on road side located in Saro Shah area here the other day.
Usman Tapu, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Takhtbai tehsil while talking to The Frontier Post here on Saturday told that sub-inspector Hakim Khan along with other police personnel of Saro Shah Police Station had found dead-body of 31-years old man laying on road side when they were on their routine roaming of the area.
He said, later, the dead-body was identified as Ihsanullah son of Jehanzib and a resident of Bajaur agency.
He confirmed that the victim had received three bullet shots- one over his head, the other on belly and third-one below belly.
He also rejected the notion that the victim was a right activist and had belonged to any such type of organization.
He said that father of the slain person approached theme when the relevant police officials informed him about dead-body of his son.
The ASP quoted Jehanzib, father of the deceased person, as saying that the victim had frequently visited Islamabad and Peshawar cities for work.
He told police that the victim had left his home three to four days ago for search of work in Islamabad or Peshawar. However, he also informed police that his son had also used to work in RADS Company.
Father of the victim, however, lodged FIR in Saro Shah Police Station but did not nominate anybody as he said that neither his son nor other his family member had any enmity with anyone.
The ASP told that they had handed over dead-body of the young man to his father after the postpartum. He said that they had begun further investigations into the blind murder case so that to ascertain real motives behind the said incident as well as efforts were also being made to arrest the real killers.
