Two more die of Dengue fever, Death toll rises to 17 in KP

PESHAWAR: Two more people died from dengue epidemic in Khyber Teaching Hospital on Tuesday as the death toll reach to 17 in the province from dengue epidemic.

According to the Dengue Response Unit a patient 45-year old Fatima wife of Iqbal Hussain resident of Tehkal was died on Tuesday at KTH due to dengue fever.

Similarly another patient four year old Huzaifa son of Akhter Ali resident of Tehkal was died at Khyber Teaching Hospital on Tuesday due to dengue epidemic.

The report further said that still 425 patient of dengue were admitted in different hospital of the province while 1656 people tests were conducted in which 244 people tests were positive.

The report further said that on Tuesday 132 admission of dengue patients were conducted in different hospitals while 89 people were discharge from the hospitals.
