Dengue fever death toll reaches to 50 in KP

PESHAWAR: Two more people died from dengue epidemic on Sunday as the deaths toll reach to 50 in the province.

According to the Dengue Response Unit, 55-year old Altaf son of Raza Khan Resident of Pawaka Peshawar brought on October 2 and was died on Sunday in Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar.

Similarly 37-years old Zahir Shah Son of Sabir Ali resident of Abdara University Road Peshawar was brought on 7th October to Khyber Teaching Hospital and was died on Sunday.

The report said that on Sunday around 1,370 people test for dengue were conducted in different hospital across the province in which 370 people were diagnosed for dengue.

The report further added that around 112 people were admitted in different hospitals while 98 people were discharge from different hospital after treatment.
