PESHAWAR: Four more people died from dengue epidemic in Peshawar on Wednesday in different hospitals of Peshawar as the deaths from dengue reach to 25 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the Dengue Response Unit, 40-year old Nader Khan son of Mero Khan Resident of Pishtakhara Peshawar was died in Hayatabad Medical Complex Peshawar.
Similarly another victim of dengue was 45 year old Perveez son of Inzar Gul was admitted in HMC on September 10 and was died today in HMC Peshawar.
The report further said that a women daughter of Perveez Khan age 50 year resident of Shaheen Muslim Town Peshawar was also died in HMC Peshawar while another female Mir Taja wife of Ziarat Gul was died at Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar.
The DRU report said that on Wednesday around 1832 people test were conducted in different hospitals while 423 people were affected from dengue, adding that 382 people were still admitted of dengue patients in different hospitals of the province.
Sources informed this scribe that there is no space in Khyber Teaching Hospital to admit patients of dengue while similar is the condition of HMC Peshawar and Mardan Medical Complex where patients of dengue were increasing day by day.
