Deputy PM meets elders of Paktika, Kabul

PAKTIKA-KABUL (Agencies): The Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative of the Islamic Emirate Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi has met with the Deputy Governor of the country’s eastern province of Paktika Makhdom Mawlavi Abdul Salam Saadat, his office said in a statement Monday.
The meeting was participated by a number of scholars, religious and influential figures of the province, the statement said.
In the meeting, Deputy Governor of Paktika Makhdom Mawlavi Abdul Salam Saadat, spoke on behalf of others and shared the economic, social and security conditions, and challenges including lack of administrative buildings in some districts of the province, lack of enough electricity, and standard roads, with the Deputy PM Hanafi, the statement further said.
“The Islamic Emirate was always committed to address the people’ problem countrywide and particularly, necessary attention will be paid to the existing challenges in Paktika province,” said Hanafi.
Providing the best services and facilities for every national is one of the main responsibilities of any incumbent government, and the officials of the Islamic Emirate with full strength will try to address all challenges facing Afghans inside or outside the country, Hanafi added, according to the statement.
