Deputy PM meets Turkish Ambassador in Kabul

KABUL (Agencies): Deputy Prime Minister, Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, met with Cihad Erginay the Turkish ambassador to Afghanistan.
Ambassador Erginay in a meeting with Hanafi said that the Turkish government is making efforts to develop ties between the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the international community, a statement said released by Deputy PM Hanafi’s office.
The businessmen and investors of the Turkey have a serious tendency to invest in Afghanistan in the sectors of industry, trade and mining, Erginay said qouting the statement.
For his part, Deputy PM Hanafi, while welcoming ambassador Erginay, said that the Islamic Emirate wants to have ties with all states and is pleased to develop ties with international communities.
“Currently there is ample opportunity for all kinds of investment in the country and the Islamic Emirate supports the investment of all investors, mainly Turkish investors in different sectors in Afghanistan” Hanafi added.
He thanked the Turkish government for its assistance to the Afghans and asked for more supports.
