ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq Wednesday said that he desponded from politics first time in his life as what is happening is by no means in favour of the country.
Talking to a private TV channel, he said that assemblies are not expected to complete the term, adding he predicted formation of a greater plan as leg pulling of government from all sides shows that something is going to happen, he added.
“Pakistan is surrounded by conspiracies and democratic government is almost impuissant,” he lamented. NA speaker mentioned that he is witnessing what he had not during 2002 or 2008, adding “today I am so much disappointed that I was not during Musharraf era,” he asserted.
Sadiq taking an apparent jibe on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) said that except one party, everybody wants timely elections adding country needs time for election process.
Sardar Ayaz Sadiq mentioned that everyone has an eye over Pakistan and what happened here during last three months was not normal, it was unnatural.
Internal dangers are far bigger than external ones situation is very much uncertain in these days, NA speaker said.
“I kept on advising political parties to strengthen the system, adding he urged to pray for strength of Pakistan as the country is a reason of respect for all countrymen,” he added.
“My sixth sense smelling that something is going to happen but can’t say anything exactly about what is going to happen, he said.
