MUMBAI: Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh is immensely loved by fans globally. The actor-singer has also starred in Bollywood films and been applauded for his solid performances.
Ready to surprise audiences once again, Diljit may soon feature in a South film. Talking about the same, the actor told a leading daily, “I like south Indian films… the action and all. My make-up person is from the south. He keeps telling me the names of superstars from south India. If I get a good film from there, I will do it.”
The Udta Punjab actor made his debut in Punjabi cinema with The Lion of Punjab in 2011. It was post that when he made his Bollywood debut in 2016. Commenting on the same, “I am very happy that I started my journey from Punjab. I feel that what I can express in Punjabi language, I can’t do it in the same way in English or Hindi,”
Other than this, Diljit Dosanjh will be next seen in Good News alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani.
