Draft forwarded for promotions of paramedic staff: PHC told

PESHAWAR: A divisional bench comprising of Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Justice Qaiser Rashid and Justice Abdul Shakoor disposed-off writ petition regarding promotion of Cantonment General Hospital’s employees.

The counsel for petitioner Danyal Chamkani Advocate informed Peshawar High Court that Muhammad Ishafaq as recruitment as Anesthesia Assistant in 1994 while Mumtaz Ali was appointed in 1993, Operation Theater Assistant Noor Islam in 1990, Assistant Mati-ur-Rehman was appointed in 1984 and Shahbaz with Muhammad Khalid had recruited in BPS-16 and seeking promotion.

The respondents informed Peshawar High Court that a draft for promotion of employees has been forward to Ministry of Pakistan Defense on 7 September 2021 and added that approval they shall promoted while the divisional bench has disposed-off the instant writ petition.
