D&SJ convicts murderer for lifetime imprisonment

PESHAWAR: District and Session Judge (D&SJ) Ishfaq Taj has convicted murderer for lifetime imprisonment along with imposition of Rs.0.3 million fine in case of failure to submit fine the culprit Umair shall face six month in prison, on Monday.

D&SJ has issued detailed judgment of murder case happened on 24 December 2019 in which Zahid Gul was killed in the premises of Bhana Manri police station.
During trial Special Prosecutor Jahanzeb Khan and Hussain Ali Advocate argued the case before court stating that complainant Zarin Hilal lodged First Information Report of the offense.

According to FIR the complainant was in conversation with his nephew when the culprit Umair opened fire on them in which Zahid Gul was killed.

D&SJ Ishfaq Taj has convicted murderer after completion trial in which the culprit was found guilty in light of evidence and witness.
