EFU becomes IBM RPA enabled insurance company

KARACHI: EFU Life Assurance Ltd. has been providing protection and saving products for more than 25 years and is a pioneer in the insurance industry for adopting the latest technologies and offering better customer services with the help of digital automation. EFU Life launched “Pakistan’s First IBM RPA insurance implementation” in a Go Live Ceremony held at EFU Life House in Karachi.

The implementation of RPA is a revolutionary stride in digitization of internal processes, thus increasing operational efficiency many times over resulting in far superior and enriching customer experience.
