Eight killed, 44 injured in Badin road mishap

BADIN: At least eight passengers were killed and 44 others were injured after a speeding passenger coach turned turtle over in Badin on Friday morning.

According to reports, the accident took place in Morjhar area of Badin in a result eight passengers were killed and 44 others were injured.

The rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the bodies and injured to the district hospital, where condition of five persons is said to be critical.

Reports added that children and women are also among injured in the road mishap.

Earlier on March 30, as many as eight people including seven students of a local school were crushed to death when a speeding bus ran over their rickshaw here.
