ANKARA: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday received Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani in the capital Ankara, according to the presidency’s official website.
The two leaders held two-and-a-half-hours of talks at the presidential complex. Bilateral relations were discussed comprehensively, and views were exchanged, said a Turkish diplomatic source, who asked not to be named due to restrictions on speaking to the media. Also present at the meeting were Energy Minister Berat Albayrak and Qatar’s foreign minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani
