Every citizen of KP will get Sehat Insaf Card till July, 2020

PESHAWAR: Minister for Health Shehram Khan tarakai has claimed that every citizen of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will get Sehat Insaf cardtill by July 2020.

This he said while talking to media persons at Health Secretariat, Peshawar on Wednesday, and added that posting and transfer orders of doctors and paramedical staff will be made in accordance with their domicile.

He further added that the provincial government is committed to provide best healthcare facilities to the people of KP and merged area.

While commenting on his new assignment as health minister, Sharam Khan said that on the wish of Prime Minister Imran Khan he took the responsibility of health minister.

He said that around new 1600 doctors will be recruited in next few days.

He further said that the new recruitment of doctors will be done on fix pay, adding that above BPS-5 all the recruitment in the health sector will be on merit basis.

The Health Minister stated that around 637 doctors have already been recruited in hospitals through public service commission, adding that zero tolerance over corruption as well as those who were not performing their duties.

He informed that Drug License making process will be made online to facilitate people while the government has already planned for the dengue season and taking steps to prevent the dengue outbreak in the province next year.
