Faiq Shah calls for a paradigm shift in Pakistani politics

F.P. Report

PESHAWAR: Muhammad Faiq Shah, founder and chairman of the Amun Taraqqi Party advocated a paradigm shift in Pakistani politics. He called for transforming Pakistan into a corruption-free Islamic welfare state.

Shah said his party has a complete economic plan to steer the country out of crisis. “Youth is the only hope for the country,” he said, adding that 65 percent of the total population consists of youth and they are very capable.

He urged masses to support his party and become part of the movement for public authority and justice. He furthermore asked to not come into deceiving tactics and fake promises and slogans and should reject politicians as they have betrayed them all the time.

The ATP chief noted that for 76 years, these parties had ruled the country, but they had not implemented its promises and deceived the nation every time with various slogans.

Shah said his party wants to make people powerful to save them from the cruel system, traditional politicians and opportunists. He added our party is a strong movement and public voice, and no one will press it.

While talking to various public meetings and delegations during his visit to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday he said rulers have deceived people, damaged and looted the country in the past.

We have brought a workable, constructive and positive plan wherein corruption, politics based on personality and personal interests and tug of war for power will be completely vanished. He said power will empower people by delegating power at direct grassroot level.

Our single mission is to authority and justice for people and there will be no compromise on it. Shah said all political parties are running away from the general masses and want a palace, drawing room politics and government.

He said ATP stands with people for the last six years and it has given a viable plan and solution to government and opposition but these opportunist segments didn’t come out from their personal interests.

The party leader said no concrete policy was crafted to tackle the increasing challenges to the country on internal and external fronts.
