Faizabad sit-in agreement made somewhere else: MNA Safdar

F.P. Report

ISLAMABAD: Member National Assembly of PML-N, Captain (retd) Safdar has said that the agreement between the government and Faizabad protestors was made someone else.

MNA Safdar said this while talking to media persons after his hearing at the accountability court on Tuesday. MNA Safdar, who is also the son-in-law of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, said that every individual knows that the agreement was made somewhere else on the direction of someone else and more than 22 days the protestors created problems for the people of twin cities.

He added that we have recognized the real forces of Pakistan and we need to strengthen the democracy in the country and adding that it is unfortunate for the whole country that the energy savers of Pakistan are in Lahore but consuming and storing power is in Rawalpindi.

MNA added that Nawaz was ousted from the premiership because he is ‘Made in Pakistan’, adding that as it is against the Charter of Democracy, he will not say anything against Pakistan Peoples Party chief Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
