He criticized the incumbent provincial government of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf as well as irrigation department for stopping supply of water in the water-courses in the ongoing dry year.

Haji Niamat Shah Roghani claimed that although the British government during its rule over here also used to stop water in water-channels or water-courses in months of January and February every year but whenever there was dry-year or dry-weather then they did not stop supply of water in water-courses.

He lamented that despite of current dry-year; the irrigation department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had stopped supply of water in cannels. “We have been facing matchless problems due to ongoing dry-year or dry-weather,” he added.
