Fazl announces schedule of anti-government protest rallies

ISLAMABAD: The Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has decided to intensify the anti-government movement and announced a schedule to hold nine protest rallies in 21 days across the country.

According to schedule, protection of Pakistan constitution conference will be held in Karachi on February 27 while protest rallies will be held on February 29 in Rawalpindi, Islamabad on March 1, Peshawar on March 2, Multan on March 6, Bannu on March 8, Hazro on March 14, Bhakkar on March 15 and Lahore on March 19.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman further said that leaders from six political parties will participate in the public rallies to be held in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad.
