FBI conducts Ribbon-Cutting ceremony at Redstone Arsenal for the Weapons Management Facility

WASHINGTON: The FBI on Thursday, along with its partners in the United States Army, the Army Corps of Engineers, and the Drug Enforcement Administration, participated in a ribbon cutting ceremony for the FBI’s new Weapons Management Facility at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama.  

The Weapons Management Facility is responsible for the administration and sustainment of the FBI’s weapons, ammunition, and ballistic protective armor. The FBI transitioned Weapons Management Facility operations from Quantico, Virginia to this permanent, state-of-the-art management and maintenance center at Redstone Arsenal.

The FBI appreciates the support and partnership of the Redstone Arsenal and Huntsville communities in helping advance this long-awaited project.
