FIA arrests a man for harassing a woman

ABBOTTABAD: Federal Investigation Agency, Cyber Crime Wing Abbottabad on Friday arrested a man for blackmailing and harassing a woman through digital media, said release of the FIA here Thursday

A woman resident of Mansehra lodged a complaint wherein she stated that a person named Nawaz resident of Kohistan was blackmailing and harassing her through social media. She complained that the accused was insisting to meet her otherwise he will disgrace her reputation and personality in community by uploading her pictures on social media.

On the complaint of the women, a raiding party of FIA Abbottabad was constituted and the accused was arrested on the spot from Mansehra and an FIR has been registered and further investigation is in process.
