F.P. Report
ISLAMABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Saturday again issued summons to Aleema Khan, the sister of former prime minister and ex-PTI chairman Imran Khan, for conspiring to drive a wedge between Pakistan Army and civilians through her statements on print and electronic media.
The FIA’s Counter-Terrorism Wing (CTW) ordered Aleema to turn up at its office at 11:00 AM on February 6.
It was conveyed to her in the notice number 4/24 issued under 160 of the CrPC that in case she failed to show up, it would be assumed that she had to say nothing in her defence and that legal action would be taken against her.
The summons were sent on Aleema’s Lahore’s residence address.
Previously, the FIA’s cyber crime wing had ordered Imran’s sister to appear at 11:00 AM today.
