Finance Minister Asad Umar to chair ECC meeting today

ISLAMABAD: Federal Finance Minister Asad Umar will chair the meeting of Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) in Islamabad today (Wednesday).

According to reports, the ECC meeting will discuss various proposals related to petroleum, maritime affairs, revenues and power divisions.

The meeting will also deliberate on approving temporary agreements with LNG power plants and independent insurance policy.

Extension of Interim Agreement signed with Fauji Kabirwala and Rousch Power Limited expiring on June 30, 2018 would also be taken under discussion in the meeting.
