MULTAN: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi says Ehsaas Emergency Cash Programme for the victims of lockdown in wake of coronavirus outbreak is the biggest package in the history of Pakistan.
He said this while paying a surprise visit to Ehsaas Kafalat Centers in Multan on Sunday and reviewed cash disbursement process at the center.
He said 144 billion rupees are being distributed among 10.25 million deserving families under this Programme to provide economic assistance to people in the country. So far Rs1.3 billion has been distributed among residents of Multan without any discrimination of political affiliations, he added.
