LAHORE: Head Coach of Pakistan Cricket Team, Mickey Arthur has said that it is proving to be a pleasant experience for him for coaching Pakistan team.
Arthur said this on Wednesday in a interview. He said that PCB and Pakistan team is fully supporting him and I have the full authority to work freely to improve team’s performance.
Arthur added that the recent defeat in the test series against Sri Lanka was disappointing for him and the whole team adding that currently we are missing the greats of Younis Khan and Misbah-ul-Haq and now focusing to reconstruct the Test team.
The former Australian coach took charge of Pakistani team’s coach following the resignation of Waqar Younis after the World T20 tournament. The 47-year-old Arthur coached his native South Africa from 2005-10 and also led Australia for two years from 2011.
