Former actress Noor Bukhari submits nomination papers for elections 2024

LAHORE: Former film actress Noor Bukhari, renowned for her roles in Pakistani cinema, has stepped into the political realm by submitting her nomination papers for the upcoming February 2024 elections.

The Bhai Log star, now 41, expressed her commitment to serving the country as she filed her papers to contest on reserved seat for women.

Noor Bukhari, who is the wife of Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) leader Aun Chaudhry, visited the office of the Provincial Election Commissioner in Lahore to formalize her candidacy.

Having left the showbiz industry, Noor Bukhari has been actively engaged in sharing her personal transformation journey through her social media channel.

During her film career, Noor Bukhari featured in several notable Pakistani movies, such as “Mujhe Chand Chahiye,” “Ishq Positive,” “Ghar Kab Aao Gay,” “Zill-e-Shah,” “Bhai Log,” “Saya e Khuda e Zuljalal,” and “Tere Pyar Mei.”
