JALALABAD: Four border police personnel were killed in an armed attack in Bati Kot district in Nangarhar province on Thursday.
The armed opponents attacked a vehicle in Ambar Khani area in the limits of Bati Kot district, leaving four border police personnel dead, Nangarhar governor’s spokesman Attaullah Khugiyani said. The cops were traveling in a private car, he added. The attackers fled the scene, he said, adding the police registered the case and started investigation. It was learnt that the incident occurred on the Torkham-Jalalabad highway.
