Four Pakistani players have won titles at the Australian Junior Open Squash Championship including two sisters.
Four Pakistani players performed brilliantly and won titles.
The girls’ U-13 and U-17 titles were won by two sisters, Mahnoor and Mehwish Ali. In the U-13 final, Mahnoor Ali defeated Rio Kawabata by 11-2, 11-5 and 11-6.
Mahnour’s elder sister Mehwish won the U-17 title. Mehwish defeated Aiden Elma by 11-5, 11-5 and 11-7 while in the girls’ U-15 final, Mahnoor and Mehwish’s sister Sehrish lost after a tough competition.
In the Boys U-17 category, Pakistan’s Azan Ali Khan defeated Henry Cross by 3-0 to win the title. In the Boys U-11 category, Pakistan’s Ahmed Ali Naz defeated Freddie Goldsmith.
