Free Chinese language course

LANDI KOTAL: Free Chinese language course was inaugurated here in government high secondary school, Tehsil Jmarud on Sunday. Beside Member National Assembly (MNA) from NA-45,Haji Shahjee Gul Afridi as chief guest, large number of tribal elders, tribal youth and members of civil society were among the participants.

Addressing to the moot MNA Haji Shajee Gul Afridi said that education was key to every development and from day first of his election he was string hard to take initiatives to rise literacy rate in the area. He added that second shift had been started in degree colleges of Landi Kotal and Jamrud to facilitate the tribal at their door steps to get free and quality education. Qari Said Alam and Muhammad Irfan also spoke on the occasion. Sharing details in charge of the program, Muhammad Zahid said that the course had been initiated with the assistance of the Member National Assembly and the purpose of free Chinese language learning class was to equip the local tribal youth with the knowledge of the language that importance had increased many time after kicking off Chine Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). He maintained that in first phase 300 students would be facilitating to learn the language. At last the chief guest cut ribbon to formally inaugurate the course.
