Full Court Reference in honor of Justice Lal Jan

PESHAWAR: A Full Court Reference held to pay tribute to Justice Lal Jan Khattak who will be retired on 2nd January 2023 and praised his services for judiciary.

Chief Justice Peshawar High Court (PHC) Justice Qaiser Rashid along with other judges of high court while judicial officers of trial courts were also present at Full Court Reference.

PHC’s administrative staff along with PHC bar association president Rehman Ullah, General secretary Muhammad Farooq Afridi, Peshawar Bar Association president Ali Zaman and large number of senior lawyers also participated.

On the occasion, the participants praised judgements of Justice Lal Jan Khattak in favor of public interest for establishing justice in the society. Latterly, PHC bar association arranged farewell party in honor of Justice Lal Jan Khattak while Chief Justice Qaiser Rashid and other judges participated in the gathering.
