KABUL (Agencies): The Deputy Minister of Public Health, Mawlavi Mohammad Ishaq Sahibzada, met with Alex Virtanen, head of Geneva in Afghanistan.
Virtanen shared details about the Geneva mission in Afghanistan and said: that the organization is ready to develop cooperation with the Ministry of Public Health, a statement said.
Geneva will develop cooperation, mainly on the safety of patients, health care staff, health centers, provision of ambulances, health transfers, launching a campaign about covid-19 and other sectors, the Ministry’s statement added.
Deputy Minister of Public Health praised the Geneva mission in Afghanistan and thanked the organization saying that the Afghanistan Public health ministry will support their mission in Afghanistan and provide all needed facilities.
