KARACHI: The gold prices in Pakistan saw a huge increase Friday as the yellow metal saw a phenomenal increase in value in the international market.
The gold price of one tola of 24-Karat gold went up by Rs2250 to reach Rs155,400.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-Karat gold went up by Rs1929 to reach Rs133,330.
The 10-gram of 22-Karat gold is being traded for Rs122128.
In the international market, the price of one ounce of gold was increased by $52 to reach $1760.
The price of one tola of 24-Karat silver also increased by Rs20 as it was being traded for Rs1680 per tola.
The price of 10 grams of 24-Karat silver was increased by Rs17.15 as it was being traded for Rs1440.32 per 10 grams.
