Minister for Communications Murad Saeed, Secretary Communications Shoaib Siddiqui, Secretary Planning Zafar Hasan, Chairman NHA Jawad Rafique Malik, Member Infrastructure Malik Ahmed and senior officials of both ministries were also present in the meeting. During the meeting, various ongoing road infrastructure projects of NHA came under discussion.

The meeting also deliberated over proposed new road schemes to be included in Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) 2019-20.
