Govt urged to continue same hajj policy for future

TIMERGARA: Master trainer and chairman Hajj training council Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Amir Azam Khan on Thursday asked the ministry of religious affairs and interfaith harmony to follow this year hajj policy in 2018 and onward. Speaking at a function hosted in the honour of ‘Umrah’ aspirants here at Timergara as chief guest he said the hajj training council had been made functional in each district of the province. He congratulated the ministry of religious affairs and interfaith harmony for its best performance during this year hajj operation.

The master trainer said the government should follow the 2017 hajj policy in future too. He said all the hajj aspirants had been appreciating the government for its active role during the hajj. He asked the participants to follow the Saudi laws strictly while performing umrah. “You are the representatives of Pakistan when you go abroad for hajj or umrah,” he said, adding that all hajj and umrah aspirants should get proper training before travelling to Saudi Arabia.
