Govt will not allow anyone to interfering in Judicial System: Ashraf Ghani

KABUL: President of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani has said that government will not allow anyone for interference in the nation’s legal and judicial system and adding that more government will introduced more comprehensive programs with the aim to make sure to deliver justice at the grass root level.

Ghani said this while addressing to the closing ceremony of the fifth Afghanistan Attorneys Forum in Kabul where top government officials were also attended the ceremony including Afghanistan’s Attorney General Farid Hamidi and acting interior minister Wais Ahmad Barmak.

Ghani claimed that legal and judicial institutions in Afghanistan are free and independent and no one can intervene in the justice sector and stressed on the judicial system to make sure the provision of justice to the people on speedy bases.

He added that providing justice will also boost the efforts of maintaining peace in the country and added that the ongoing war was imposed on Afghanistan.

Ghani promised to increase funding to the Afghan legal and judicial system so that these institutions can control their legal performance in best manners.
