HABIBMETRO Sirat wins IRBA Excellence Award

KARACHI: HABIBMETRO Sirat received the IRBA Excellence Award (Islamic Banking Strategy for Global Growth 2022) at the Islamic Retail Banking Awards ceremony held in Jakarta earlier this week. This award recognizes HABIBMETRO Sirat as the only financial brand of Pakistani origin to be exported internationally to several countries, including the UAE, UK and South Africa.

The Islamic Retail Banking Awards (IRBA), organized by the Cambridge IFA, have been recognizing institutional and individual success stories in global Islamic retail banking since 2015. The awards programme is based on the Cambridge IFA efficiency model and involves meticulous analysis of Islamic retail banking efficiencies and performances of Islamic banking institutions around the world.
In addition to the IRBA Excellence Award, HABIBMETRO’s Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications, Ms. Sheeza Ahmed, also received the WOMANi Professional Award at the awards ceremony. WOMANi, a list of the Most Influential Women in Islamic Business and Finance, is arranged by the Cambridge IFA.

HABIBMETRO Sirat provides Islamic banking services through 60 dedicated Islamic banking branches and 242 Islamic banking windows across Pakistan.
