Hekmatyar declares presence of foreign forces reason behind instability in Afghanistan

HERAT: Chief of Hizb-e-Islami, Gulbadin Hekmatyar has opposed the foreign forces stay in Afghanistan and declared it a major reason behind the insecurity in the country

This he said while addressing to press conference at Heart province of Afghanistan. Hektmatyar it is difficult to restore peace in the presence of foreign forces as their presence in the country is the biggest reason behind the insecurity in Afghanistan.

Regarding the war crime, he said that all war crimes should be tried and punished according to law and adding that even if I am proved to be a war criminal, I am ready to face the court and any other place for punishment.

He also opposing the foundation of parallel government in Afghanistan and termed it as the mother of all problems in the country people of Afghanistan needs only one government instead of parallel governments.
